The Squash Farm

The squash farm of Santo Domingo Pancit Canton is located about 300 meters away from the barangay Santo Tomas proper, in the hills of Cordillera.

The flowers that open are harvested daily for dinengdeng consumption. Dinengdeng is an Ilocano dish mainly boiled vegetables with fish sauce or anchovies, sometimes flavored with fried fish or a little meat.
